Great clinic. The receptionists are very nice and always reply to emails quickly, unlike many other clinics that often ignore them. The doctors are great and always try to help with any issues.

Following a couple of days of an aching tooth, I decided to rush to my dentist's office, seek help. I had no appointment, although I had left a telephone message during the night, but thought if I arrive there first thing in the morning, they could squeeze me in. As I drove there, I got a phone call from my dentist who told me that I needed to see an endodontist who would most likely do a root canal. She herself arranged an appointment, gave me the directions, and told me to go to Bothell Endodontics at once. I took her advice and am very pleased that I did. From the time I arrived and was greeted by a friendly and kind receptionist, placed in the hands of a competent dental assistant who did some preliminary X-rays, to the actual procedure carried out flawlessly by Dr. Michelle Soriano, I felt that I was in the hands of caring professionals. This was my third root canal. The first two were difficult and painful, both during and afterwards. This is to be expected, and I have no complaints about the prior work. But I must say that this experience at Bothell Endodontics was so well carried out that I had no pain during or afterward. And the next day, I received further counsel from

This was the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to any kind of dental care (outside of my regular routine cleaning and care from my primary dentist). The last time I needed a root canal it took two separate appointments and despite their best efforts it was still painful! With new technology and updated procedures I was in and out of the office in just two hours! And the most painful part of the whole process was getting the first shot of medication to numb me up! Once I was numb the set up was state of the art. They used what I called a “dental dam” which was a piece of rubber, like a balloon, to prevent anything from going down my throat. Which I really appreciated. I hate it when they don’t keep up with suction and I have to swallow what ever mess they’re making in my mouth! The actual root canal only took about an hour and a half and other than having your mouth propped open for that long it was never painful and I would say that the doctor used a very light hand regarding the removal of the root and then the cleaning and repacking process. Throughout the whole procedure from my initial greeting and all the way through my final exit, I was treated by everyone like I wa

I came down with a really bad toothache and saw my dentist on a Friday morning… turns out I needed a root canal. They had already called Bothell Endodontics to get me in last minute, which was huge. I was there within 10 minutes and greeted right at the door. Dr. Soriano and the staff were fantastic. They got me taken care of quickly and made the whole process as smooth as possible. This saved a long weekend we had planned. I was in serious pain and would’ve been miserable without their help. Root canals: D- Bothell Endodontics: A+

If you need specialized dental work, this is the place to go! I came to see Dr. Soriano as a second opinion for a root canal and, immediately, felt at ease with her demeanor and explanation of the procedure. They quickly fit me in to the schedule and the procedure was surprisingly easy because the Dr and assistant were kind and explained steps to me throughout. Besides the lengthy shots, I was actually able to relax. Wear earplugs to reduce noise if you’re nervous with drilling sounds. My recovery was quick and I wish I had done this sooner because I feel so much better. THANK YOU!!
